NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Planning Board of the Town of Windsor will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 6, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at the Windsor Town Hall, 523 Ridge Road, on an application for a Subdivision as requested by Adam Ellis for property owner Leslie Jordan.
Applicant requests that the property located on Greeley Road – Savade Pond become a 5 residential unit subdivision. The property is 14 acres and is located at map 7 lot 26.
