Kelly McGlothlin is the Town Clerk for the Town of Windsor. She maintains the official documents of the town and swears in municipal officials, provides notary services, and provides supervision to the Deputy Clerks in the office. Kelly is also the Registrar of Voters and oversees the Election process.
