PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Abutting property owners and other interested parties are notified of a public hearing scheduled for Monday, August 19, 2024, at 7:00 PM at the Windsor Town Hall to hear comments on an application to construct a Utility Scale Solar Energy Facility by Coutts Windsor Solar LLC. The Planning Board will listen to oral testimony and accept written comments from interested parties until at least 8:00 PM on August 19th.
The planned construction may be located using Windsor Tax Map R01, Lot 16A.
There will be a Special Planning Board Meeting directly after the Public Hearing
